Do you remember your first VW Beetle? Maybe it didn’t belong to you, but to a friend. But do you remember it?
I do. It was in 1973 and a high school friend, Bob McGee, owned a Super Beetle. I think it was green, but I could be mistaken. I do remember that it was one of the first years to have the front windshield that was a bit curved and farther back on the dashboard, rather than the flat windshield that historically had historically been placed on the car.
